30 days in, 12 customers

Our first month of paid onboarding. What we learned, what surprised us, the median time-to-first-automation, and what we're shipping next.

Quick update from the front line. As of today we have twelve paying customers running on sondovOS. Six are still in week one or two of build, six are in full production. Here's what we've learned.

Numbers

  • Median time-to-first-automation: 4 days from kickoff call
  • Median time-to-full-OS: 19 days
  • Tasks automated per customer (median): 11
  • Hours saved per customer per week (median): 14
  • NPS at end of week 4: 71

What surprised us

We thought the slowest part would be wiring the integrations. It wasn't — integrations went faster than we modelled. The slowest part was the customer realising what they could ask the OS to do. People come in asking for an inbox automation and a books automation. By week three they're asking us to handle their entire onboarding flow, their property-management chores, their kid's dentist appointments. The OS reframes what 'work' means and people take a minute to catch up.

What's shipping next

  • Per-user dashboards (week of 2026-05-12)
  • Calendar-aware outbound (week of 2026-05-19)
  • Norwegian + Swedish VAT module (early June)
  • Voice workflows v2 — Swedish + Danish (mid June)
  • Mobile app for site visits (end of June)

We're still taking onboarding slots for the first hundred. If you're curious, the calculator on the front page gives you a rough sense of what an OS would do for your business. The number that comes out the bottom is honest.
