Senior Full-stack Engineer
TypeScript + Postgres + LLM agents. You'll own a whole vertical of the OS — design, ship, support — from week one.
About the role
We're a small team building the operating system every small business will eventually need. Today we have twelve paying customers, six engineers, and a long product roadmap. We need a senior full-stack who can own a whole module (inbox, books, outbound — your pick) end to end: schema, API, agent runtime, UI.
What you'll do
- Own one module of the OS end to end — design, schema, API, agent, UI.
- Pair with a customer for a full day every quarter; we hire engineers who like the people they're building for.
- Make architectural calls on how the OS spine grows as we onboard customers from 25 to 250 to 2500.
- Code-review with the team; ship something visible every week.
Who you are
- 5+ years shipping production software end to end.
- Strong TypeScript + Postgres. Comfortable in a serverless or container runtime.
- Have written code that handles real customer data at scale.
- Have opinions about LLM tool-use and aren't allergic to the limits of the current models.
- Async-first, written-comms-first.
Nice to have
- Experience working with operators of small businesses (trades, hospitality, clinics).
- Open-source work or technical writing.
- Have built an internal tool that disappeared into the wall of your last company.
Compensation
€110–145k base + equity (1.0–1.8% range depending on level). Top of EU market band.
