About the role
We need someone who treats operations the way we treat the product — care, precision, taste. Books, financial planning, hiring ops, board reporting, vendor management, the boring-but-critical infrastructure of a growing company. You'll report directly to the founder and have full discretion within your remit.
What you'll do
- Own the books, monthly close, board reporting.
- Run the hiring funnel — applications, scheduling, offers.
- Manage vendors and the internal toolchain.
- Be the operator's operator inside an operating-system company.
Who you are
- 5+ years in finance ops or COO/CoS at a series A/B startup.
- Comfortable with Norwegian, Swedish, or Dutch tax & accounting frameworks.
- Boring, in a good way.
Nice to have
- Have built financial models from scratch.
- Have hired ten or more people end-to-end.
Compensation
€85–120k base + equity.
