Solutions Engineer
Embed with our first 100 customers. Map their business, wire their OS, train them to drive it.
About the role
The first 100 customers are the ones we map by hand. You'll be on the ground (or on a long Zoom) with each one: 45-minute walkthrough, architecture diagram, build plan, kickoff. Half consultant, half engineer. The output of this role is a customer who is in production within three weeks.
What you'll do
- Map a new customer's operation in a 45-minute walkthrough. Output: a diagram and a build plan.
- Work side-by-side with the engineering team to wire the OS.
- Train the customer's team to drive it without us in the first month.
- Spot patterns across customers and feed product the things we should build for everyone.
Who you are
- Comfortable in a customer's office with their messy reality.
- Can read and write code (TypeScript / SQL) at a working level.
- Run-rate-style operator: you finish things.
- EU-based; willing to travel two days a month.
Nice to have
- Background as a consultant, agency PM, or product manager.
- Have operated a small business yourself.
Compensation
€80–110k base + equity + customer-success bonus.
